You'll support employee lifecycle programs, drive HR initiatives, and execute key policies and processes.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Training and Compliance: Provide essential reporting on training completion, especially annual compliance courses.
Employee Relations: Collaborate with the HR Partner to manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
Process Improvement: Work closely with HR team members to identify business gaps and lead process improvement efforts.
Data and Metrics: Collect and compile HR metrics from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, exit interviews, labor statistics, and more.
Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop, implement, and execute recruiting plans.
Technology Integration: Apply your knowledge to identify opportunities to support, simplify, and automate processes, enhancing the overall experience.
Engagement Activities: Coordinate employee engagement activities, including recognition events, team-building exercises, and community programs.
Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
At least 1 year of HR Generalist experience.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Workday.
Desired Characteristics Project management experience.
Proven ability to make sound HR decisions and assess employee talent.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced organization.
Leadership and influential communication skills.
