The missions you'll be carrying out:Within a dynamic team, and reporting to the Boot Fitting Responsible, your main mission will be to provide customers with the best quality of service by collecting and satisfying their needs and wishes, thus allowing them to appreciate the full potential of the Brand, and to increase their loyalty through appropriate communication and in accordance with the values and culture of the Rossignol Group.
Boot Fitting main activities:Availability in starting a new formation program in our Boot Fitting school of Formigliana;Capability to listen and engage in new boot fitting courses and manual;Good manuality and will to learn new technical tasks;Availability in moving and be transferred in the main Proshop labs to continue with Trainings and formation;Flexibility to hours management and availability to work for different week and weekend days;Contribution to the ski/boots laboratory:Mount bindings on all types of skis. (Entry level or low level experience of managing skis and boots preparation is good)Ski boot learning and training;Sales:Provide an elevated customer service by welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his needs, while demonstrating a good knowledge of ski and boot products, as well as the history of the Group and its heritage;Ensure cross-selling and up-selling for all product categories;Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for skis and boots;Establish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at ease;Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standards;Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose efficient solutions;Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business;Maintain and set up the store and the laboratory in accordance with corporate policy and procedures;What sets you apart:Availability in starting a new formation program in our Boot Fitting school of Formigliana;Capability to listen and engage in new boot fitting courses and manual;Good manuality and will to learn new technical tasks;Availability in moving and be transferred in the main Proshop labs to continue with Trainings and formation;Flexibility to hours management and availability to work for different week and weekend days;Benefits:Monthly bonuses, annual bonus, meal vouchers, discounted rates on products and much more.
