We are looking for an Applications Manager to lead our clients' flavour applications team in Trieste, Italy, with a key focus on creating beverage applications for customers in the Southern and Eastern European markets.
Reporting to the Innovation Director Europe, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive RD pipeline execution, fostering business growth through innovative customer solutions.The ideal candidate will be an expert in beverage application development, with management experience, overseeing a flavours application team of three technologists with additional focus on dairy, bakery, and sports nutrition.In this role, you will collaborate with the technical manager and innovation director to cultivate a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
