Application For The Position: Training Support Coordinator - Milan - (Job Number: 15009)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Training Support Team as a Training Coordinator based in our Milan Training Centre.
You'll be responsible for the management and facilitation of New Entrant Pilot and Cabin Crew Inductions, Return to Work, Promotion and Command Training administration.
What you'll be doing: As a Training Coordinator, you will report to the Training Support Manager and work within a team of other coordinators based in Gatwick and Milan.
Your role will include analysis and oversight of crew expiries, certification and recertification of Cabin Crew and Pilot instructor qualifications, and the certification of professional qualifications which permit our Crew to discharge the duties of their role.
You will ensure regulatory compliance is met within our area of responsibility and will actively seek to develop processes and make positive improvements to our trainees' journey.
Day to day you'll be responsible for ensuring our Instructors and Trainees are supported and have the tools that they require to fulfil their roles and training duties.
You'll work closely with both UK and EU regulators, internal and external stakeholders, and our wider Crew Training Team.
What you'll need to do the role: Although not compulsory, a background gained as Cabin Crew or within a Crew Training environment would be beneficial due to the regulatory aspects of the role.
You'll be someone with excellent communication skills, a team player, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
You'll need to be analytical and able to apply attention to detail in everything you do.
Knowledge of AIMS, Excel, and EFOS would be an advantage.
Strong IT skills are essential.
