For our company we are looking for an Application Engineer/ RD Product Specialist to join the Product Management team, under RD department and who can support the Sales force in: Correctly offering products to OEM customers.
Observing the behaviors of customers and users to rationalize their needs.
Translating needs into technical requirements on which to develop new products.
Purpose: Contributes to customer satisfaction by supporting the Sales force in managing Sales opportunities towards OEMs during the requirements definition up to the technical/commercial proposal.
Transfers technical requests to the organization aimed at consolidating customer and user satisfaction.
Aligns branches with company processes relating to product development, supporting the activities of regional product specialists.
Observes user's habits in the field to provide the organization with useful data for the development of new products.
Visits customers together with the Sales force in case of request for support or to observe application cases deemed interesting to propose useful data to the organization for the development of new products.
Participates in trade fairs with the aim of supporting the sales and marketing force in the appropriate management of visitors and for technological/application scouting activities.
Requirements: Mechanical/Hydraulic technical background (degree in engineering or equivalent culture is a plus).
Fluent English language (nice to have also Spanish, German and/or Chinese).
Proactiveness, customer orientation, attitude for teamwork.
Curious, dynamic and communicative, available for business trips (also over-sea) (8 weeks/year).
Capability in facilitating processes with project management skills.
