Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Internal Application Engineer for our Novedrate (CO) office. The new colleague will be in charge of the technical support to the customers in Italy for the Industrial Automation products.
The main responsibilities are:
Remote Technical Support to the customersSupporting the Field Application Engineers by the clientsManaging RMA and analyzing malfunctionsTesting products for special customer featuresPreparing DEMO and training for the clientsTaking care of the lab and its equipmentThe position is open for our Novedrate (CO) office: as the new colleague will test products in the lab, it will not be possible to work from home. Periodically, the colleague will be required to join other FAE in business trips for clients' visits.
QualificationsTechnical high school diploma or Engineering University degreeExperience with lab equipment (for example: Oscilloscope, Network analyzer, Communication bus analyzer, Current clamp, Digital multimeter)High proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian is mandatory, knowledge of any other European languages will be a plusPreferred technical experience with the products of industrial automation such as PLC, HMI, motion controller, inverter, servoPreferred use and experience of CODESYS. Experience with Robot SCARA and Vision System is a plusA strong team player is requiredPlease note that the position requires working in the Novedrate office. Possibility to work from home will be limited.
