YOUR ROLE The candidate will strongly contribute to define new Power Module using different technologies (IGBT, Si and SiC MOSFET, Si and SiC Diode) specification in strong synergy with the Marketing team.
The responsibility over the product development is of essence and goes from product definition to final complete application test.
In this position, the candidate will develop system and architectural know-how aimed to define new product characteristics and specifications.
The candidate will validate electrical parameters and in-application full functionality of new products in development also thanks to the realization of dedicated test boards.
Moreover, the candidate will strongly support Marketing and Sales forces during the technical promotion process and will be the technical interface in front of the customer during the design-in activity and in case of customer returns.
The candidate will help to promote the ST solutions, developing promotional material (including demo-boards and simulation tools) and technical documentation.
YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCES Desired competencies are: Bench Characterization Know-how, Laboratory Instruments Usage, System architecture evolution awareness, Analog/Digital Circuit Know-how, Fluent English Language, Power Electronics, Analog Electronics, Orcad or similar software to design PCB layout and software for computational analysis.
Other skills: Initiative/Autonomy, Team Work/Cooperation, Creativity/Innovation, Availability to travel, Sense of urgency.
