Scope :
Responsible for the architecture design development and implementation of an enterprise-grade application.
Develops standards, procedures, and guidelines for application design and development on the project.
Reviews the work of other technical project members to ensure quality, timeliness, and software efficiency.
Creates high-level architecture specifications addressing system integration and compatibility challenges.
Develops reference architectures, applications, and proofs of concept for application development solutions.
Collaborates with project and organizational leadership on initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Contributes to the evaluation of technology solutions and provides feedback to leadership.
Participates in team meetings and design sessions according to Scrum ceremonies.
Provides technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance to State personnel as requested.
Monitors, reviews, and audits the performance of the customer agency's replacement software and implements performance improvements.
Experience Required :
7 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-class .NET applications.
3 years of experience in designing and implementing CI/CD processes for automated build, test, and deployment using DevOps practices.
3 years of experience leading a team of software developers through design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation of applications.
Experience with monitoring/observability platforms and instrumenting applications to trace transactions and provide timely issue alerts.
Experience Desired :
Experience in designing and implementing high transaction volume distributed systems.
Architect-level certifications in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. Windows, Linux, Cloud, Networking, Security, DevOps).
