ResponsibilitiesHandle inquiries and requests from Italian and French partners via phone and email promptly and efficiently.Provide immediate support to partners regarding commission inquiries, technical issues, store openings, and general administrative matters (e.g., payments and invoices issue).Collaborate closely with the sales and commercial teams to ensure seamless coordination and support for partner needs.Act as a liaison between partners and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.You are right for this job ifYou would like to work in a dynamic team where new challenges are solved every day.You already have at least 1 year of customer service experience.You have excellent skills in using Apple MacOs X and Windows operating systems and Windows Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).You know how to work fast without losing accuracy.You have good English and French (minimum C1).You are available to work on shifts 5 days per week.DiversityWe believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be.
