We continue our heritage through the development of our ski, mountain bike, outdoor equipment, and textile ranges.Our ambition is to be the benchmark for mountain sports in both summer and winter.Based in Milan we are seeking an Apparel Fit Specialist M/W to be a part of our inclusive mountain-loving team at Rossignol.Join our exciting journey and let's create the most exceptional outdoor experiences in all seasons !Reporting to the Head of product development & sourcing Manager, you will work in strong collaboration softgoods teams.Your main missions :Conduct and lead fit sessions with live models and mannequins.
Analyze fit, balance, and construction, documenting and communicating fit comments to garment vendors.Evaluate samples from initial prototypes to pre-production stages, assessing overall fit and communicating necessary improvements or changes to garment vendorsDevelop and maintain detailed measurement specifications and grading rules to ensure fit consistency across various product types.Collaborate with garment vendors to communicate necessary pattern adjustments based on fit analysis.Provide clear and concise feedback to internal teams and garment vendors regarding fit corrections and adjustments.Understand and execute the design's fit intent, ensuring performance aligns with the garment's end use.Keep fit standards up to date and stay informed about industry trends and advancements in fit technologies.About you : You have a degree in patternmaking, apparel engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with patternmaking and/or 3D skills.Collaborative with a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externallyYou are known for your strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and communicate fit issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a good ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.Joining the Group and its Rossignol brands also means :Continuing your career growth thanks to managers who care about the well-being and skills development of their teams, through innovative projects.Committing to cultural diversity, gender equality, and supporting the employment of disabled workers within our company.Being proud to work for a responsible company committed to sustainability.Enjoying attractive prices on our brand, meal vouchers and much more.
