Candidates are required to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced and flexible environment and are expected to deliver high quality results on ambitious timelines. The collaboration requires general experience in the field of UI design for mobile apps on iOS as well as in-depth knowledge of Apple Platforms. Experience in designing user interfaces for other platforms such as watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS or MacOS and knowledge of the Apple technology ecosystem is preferable. Ideal candidates also provide experience in user experience research, developing functional prototypes in hybrid and interdisciplinary environments and are confident to implement production ready design systems and graphical assets in rapid agile cycles. Independent and self-directed collaboration is expected in all phases of our projects to meet the target results and deadlines. Requirements: Hands-on experience in user interface and icon design for mobile applications on Apple Platforms Expertise in user experience research and user experience design for mobile applications In-depth knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines and other best practices for mobile app design Experience in visual or interaction design for the Apple technology ecosystem Basic knowledge of Swift, user interface development with SwiftUI and UIKit Expertise in collaborating with programmers using distributed repositories (e.g. Git) Knowledge of UI/UX theories, design principles (e.g. typography, colors, iconography etc.) Experience in user-centered design principles, creating user stories, prototypes, wireframing etc. Experience in graphical asset creation and management in production environments 1 year of work experience as an App Designer for iOS within a team of developers Professional or personal experience in collaborating with diverse groups of people Ability to work in highly-dynamic environment and collaborate as a team player Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills Proficiency in English (C1 or C2) Additional Information: The collaboration is intended to start as soon as possible and requires the freelancer to collaborate as an independent professional on an invoice basis.
