About APEX
Strategically manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns for APEX clients. Analyze and understand trends and performance across different programmatic platforms, identifying areas of technological development that can drive business growth, and leveraging third-party technologies to enhance campaign performance.
Provide technical leadership in integrating and managing DSP platforms, overseeing programmatic activities, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Drive effective and efficient programmatic advertising strategies, maximize campaign performance, and achieve the clients' business goals.
Business Growth and Revenue Generation: The role should contribute to the growth of the agency's business by identifying technological advancements and opportunities within the programmatic landscape. This involves staying updated on industry trends, evaluating new platforms, and recommending innovative solutions to enhance the agency's competitive position.
Strong Integration and Collaboration: The role requires seamless integration of DSP platforms, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, creative, and data analytics. The goal is to align programmatic efforts with broader marketing objectives and ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing: The role is expected to stay updated on emerging programmatic technologies, industry best practices, and evolving trends. Analysis of activity trends across different programmatic platforms. Support in defining a programmatic agreement plan with major programmatic DSP platforms. Identification of programmatic technological development areas potentially suitable for agency business growth. Identification of third-party technologies useful for improving agency campaign performance. Technical leadership on DSP integrations, programmatic activity management, and troubleshooting. If you are/have:
5 years of experience in programmatic campaigns management. Expertise in Programmatic and Social Advertising: A deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms, tools, and technologies is crucial. This includes knowledge of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Real-Time Bidding (RTB), data management platforms (DMPs), ad exchanges, and ad serving technologies, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Data Analysis and Optimization: Proficiency in analyzing campaign data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, data visualization, and reporting platforms, is essential. Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the integration and operation of programmatic platforms. Platform Integrations: Experience in integrating and working with various programmatic platforms, such as DSPs, ad exchanges, and third-party technologies. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Problem Solving and Adaptability: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions.
