Join our team today at River Reach Apartments in Naples FL and use your skills in maintenance and management to take your career to the next level!Position Description:Manage daily operations and maintenance at your property including assigning and completing work orders, completing routine maintenance and repairsMaintain HVAC systemsLead and work alongside your team, delegate tasks, provide coaching where neededApartment make readies and turnsInterview and hire new team members when needed (Make Ready Techs, Maintenance Techs, Carpenters, Groundskeepers, Cleaners, etc.)Ensure goals are met including efficient, on-time turns, and budgetary goalsWork with vendors and contractorsProvide excellent customer service to residentsPosition Requirements5+ years maintenance experience with a property 500+ units (property management/housing experience is preferred)3+ years in a supervisory roleEPA licensureHands on experience with HVAC systemsProvide own tools, must have valid driver's license and reliable transportationMust be available for emergency on-call rotation when scheduledMaintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following: Walking or standing for extended periods of timeOperating assigned equipment and vehiclesMust be able to lift 50 lbsBenefits & Compensation:Competitive Pay starting at $32/hr pending on experiencePaid vacation, holidays, sick leaveTo ApplySubmit your resume online and it will be reviewed promptly.#J-18808-Ljbffr
