Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anode Manager - Battery ((Li-Metal) to join our clients team and oversee the production and optimization of anode materials for battery manufacturing. As an Anode Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of anode materials, which are vital components of batteries.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire process of anode ((Li-Metal) material production, from raw material selection to final product quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize anode material production, including process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of anode materials into battery manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and analyze production data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure consistent and reliable performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and product specifications.
- Lead a team of technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a productive and motivated workforce.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in anode material technologies and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance production processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in anode material production or battery manufacturing, with a focus on anode materials.
- Strong knowledge of anode material properties, production processes, and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with battery chemistry, electrode manufacturing, and battery testing methods.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement process improvements.
