The Humanitas Reseach Center is a state-of-the-art research facility located in Milano, Italy. It employs about 300 scientists who develop distinct projects aimed at dissecting mechanisms underlying biological processes relevant to human health and disease. In more than 30 laboratories, processes involved in normal and pathological immune responses, cancer development, neurological and cardiovascular disorders are investigated. The Humanitas Research Center operates in close proximity with the neighboring Humanitas Hospital, allowing for cutting-edge translational projects.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Research Assistant for an exciting new project funded by the European Union in the laboratory of Dr. Carolina Greco. The selected person will work collaboratively with a multifaced and interactive team that investigates circadian metabolic disruptions in cardiovascular disease, with a particular focus on heart failure. The Greco lab is part of the Cardiovascular Researcher Area at Humanitas Research Hospital. More information about the Greco Lab can be found here: . We offer very good training opportunities, a varied, creative research environment and possibility to join projects in collaboration with international groups (USA and Europe). Previous experience in cardiovascular surgical and phenotyping techniques is preferred.
