We are looking for multiple Analytics, Efficiency and Digitalisation professionals on behalf of the European Space Agency (ESA) for their location in Frascati, Italy.Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries).
Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:Prepare and analyse statistics and reports using cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors and on-premises Payroll and Time Management reporting modules, to support the efficient running of operations;Contribute to the Division's digitalisation and efficiency strategy by conducting structured operational process feedback sessions with the team, and elaborating concrete, actionable improvements;Produce detailed requirements for submission to the IT department regarding the further digitalisation of processes using SAP SuccessFactors, and follow up on the ensuing (minor) IT projects.ATG is dedicated to diversity and inclusion and is an equal opportunity employer.

PowerBI, Tableau), incl.
advanced Excel skills;Proven skills for identifying and resolving process inefficiencies;Experience with SAP S/4 HANA (Cloud) is an asset;Experience with Office 365 automation tools (e.g.
