The purpose of this role is to assist with the planning, executing, and analyzing data and CRO whilst supporting the team in reporting and other day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Research web analytics dataMonitor activity, analyze and report on site performance while identifying areas of opportunityDevelop testing ideas, A/B tests, and multivariable testsProvide input for pitchesDevelop and share knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation Qualifications: Experience of at least 1 year in setting up tracking systems and reporting for small to medium clients on Google Analytics and/or other analytics platformsPreferably a degree in Technical-Computer Science, Engineering, Internet Sciences, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics, Physical Sciences or similarGood knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other analytics platformsBasic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and/or other tag management platformsKnowledge of A/B testing and other testing methodologies (Adobe Target, Contentsquare or others)Basic skills in using Google Presentation (or PowerPoint) and Google Sheets (or Excel)Excellent knowledge of the Italian languageGood knowledge of the English language Additional Information: We work with highly motivated people, who support and enrich each other.
