The purpose of this role is to assist with the planning, executing and analysing data and CRO whilst supporting the team in reporting and other day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Researches web analytics dataMonitors activity, analyses and reports on site performance while identifying areas of opportunityDevelops testing ideas, A/B tests and multivariable testsProvides input for pitchesDevelops and shares knowledge of Conversion Rate OptimisationQualifications: Experience of at least 1 year in setting up tracking systems and reporting for little to medium clients on Google Analytics and/or other analytics platformsPreferably degree in Technical-Computer Science, Engineering, Internet Sciences, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics, Physical sciences or similarGood knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other analytics platformsBasic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and/or other tag management platformsKnowledge of A/B testing and other testing methodologies (Adobe Target, Contentsquare or others)Basic skills in using Google Presentation (or Powerpoint) and Google Sheet (or Excel)Excellent knowledge of the Italian languageGood knowledge of the English languageAdditional Information: We work with highly motivated people, who support and enrich each other.
