The position will report to the **Manager Revenue Management Consumer Europe South and will support the Hub Revenue Management team in the following activities**:
- ** Summary**: The Revenue Management Analyst will be responsible for analyzing revenue data and support the Hub RM leader in the development of strategies to maximize revenue within the hub
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support to develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor market trends and giving input to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Support CI&A team with feedback on Industry FC backed with customers and market feedback
- Define requirements for revenue reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Responsible for managing data availability, quality, comparability and readability across all countries of the HUB
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Provide recommendations to HUB RM on revenue growth opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- University Degree in Economics, Business or related fields, BA.
- Proven cross-functional experience in preferably Sales, Sales ops/Pricing or Finance.
- Strong business acumen based on analytics.
- 3-5 year experience.
- Analytical mindset
- Agile and Results driven, "can-do" attitude
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive activities/projects to completion
- Fluent English (mandatory)
