Manage regional quality engineering tasks concerning production of finished goods at EMEA 3PMs and EMEA suppliersEnsure quality is driven into the products and manufacturing processes at every stage of product development and realizationSupport and supervision of Quality Engineering Manager and Quality Engineering Associate Manager EMEAAbout the Team/DepartmentReporting to the Associate Manager Quality Engineering
Responsibilities:Join cross-functional product development teams to ensure quality is driven into the product and manufacturing process at early stages of product developmentNPD, supplier/3PM, new materials, machine acquisition, process change for 3PM introductionExecute SQA audit at new 3PMs and suppliersParticipate in product design reviewsDevelop product related quality success criteriaExperience you'll bring:BS in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent Technical educational background Fluent English Desired Skills and Knowledge:6 months - 1y Experience in Quality function3PMs quality management experience represents a competitive advantageSuppliers auditing experience and skillsKnowledge of applied statistics tools including process capability, sampling, and design of experimentsBehaviors you'll need:High level of integrityProblem-solving attitudeHigh degree of initiativeEasy relationship approachAvailability for travelingExcellent communication skills (via different media)What's in it for you?
