Work as part of a team across a wide range of energy and sustainability engagements.Gather, interpret, and use techno-economic data to develop evidence-based recommendations.Conduct research and prepare client reports.Carry out quantitative analyses on energy markets using AFRY's modelling tools suite.Participate in client meetings and present the analysis to a wide range of audiences.Contribute to AFRY thought leadership and to the firm's growth.Support senior colleagues in pitch and proposal preparation.Your profile You are highly motivated and passionate about the energy transition and sustainability.You are educated to MSc level in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Economics with distinction (= 105/110 or equivalent).You have less than 2 years of experience, preferably in energy consulting or industry.You are detail-oriented and have an analytical mind with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and effective way.You have proficient knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python) and statistical/computational software (e.g. R, Stata, Matlab, Octave,…).You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.You are proficient in both Italian and English.You will be operating in a commercial environment against budgets and deadlines, so you will need to be a motivated self-starter, who is pro-active and has a business-oriented mindset.Virtually all the work we do requires teamwork, within projects, offices, and internationally.
