**Job Summary**:
This role is to support the implementation of a strategic project of the Commercial Team Italy, part of a larger Europe-wide digitalization plan.
The person will interface with different departments and stakeholders of Xylem in order to implement various platforms dedicated to asset management and remote monitoring control systems.
**Principal Responsibilities**:
- Configuration of a digital platform for aggregating data from various sources in the company.
- Data entry regarding the history of projects and construction sites performed with major Italian clients
- Maintenance of digital platforms
- Supports Sales team in interfacing with customers for data collection and production of related reporting
- Interfaces with service centers for data collection and standardization
- Supports Strategic Marketing in defining customer engagement and lead generation flows.
- Travel around Italy to visit Xylem's customers and partners.

**Required Qualifications**:
Minimal education & experience, essential skills & abilities, and required license/certification to perform this job.
- High School in computer sciences, mechatronics, Electrical field or Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel
- Advanced English
- Basic knowledge of electrical installations and systems
- Good knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) is considered a _plus_
