Position Summary Digital Asset Custody provides clients with a highly secure technology environment in which to hold the private keys to their virtual assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokens, stablecoins, NFTs etc. Different wallet options are available, providing variable levels of accessibility vs security depending on the requirements of individual clients. A number of ancillary services are offered which can provide additional returns to custody clients. In addition, technological solutions are offered to clients to provide a system platform which can be operated either on Hex Trust's infrastructure or installed "on prem" under the complete control of the client. We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our growing Digital Asset Custody team. In this role, you'll be a key player in supporting our team's day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our custody services. Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in analyzing large datasets related to digital asset transactions, market trends, and client activity. Client Support: Provide support to clients by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through our platform. Operational Support: Contribute to the smooth operation of our custody platform by performing tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, and report generation. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
