You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager.
You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.
How you will contribute You will:
Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelez International Business Services or Corporate Finance team.
You will also execute data collection and data integrity checks.
Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.
Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director).
Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.
Contribute to a high-performing Finance team.

You will bring experience and knowledge in:
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data collection/structuring.
BUSINESS ACUMEN and a basic understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market.
Relevant experience in a regional (or sizeable local) business.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS including collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team.
Team player with can do mentality to deliver results.

More about this role The Commercial Finance Analyst supports the Commercial Finance Mgr with analysis, reporting, planning and controlling activities, focusing on Net Revenue, Gross-to-Net spending, Cost of goods sold and margins.
They are the business partner to the Commercial functions (Sales, Category planning, RGM and Marketing) in management of trade spending budget and for key analysis by customer and product.
What extra ingredients you will bring: Functional competencies: P&L structure and management, EVA logics and calculation, budgeting, US GAAP principles, effective reporting and presentations, pricing management.
2/3/4-6 years of food and/or Finance experience.
Strong account management and relationship building skills.
Ability to work in team.
Highly self-motivated and self-starter.
Good Knowledge of Italian and English language.
Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree (preferable economics).
Job specific requirements: Monthly closing activities, reporting and variance analysis of actual data vs prior year and plan.
Support Integrated Business Plan process for rolling Net Revenues forecasting, interacting with all functions involved (Demand Planning, Category Planning, Sales).
Customer agreements: support Sales in the annual negotiation process according to the budget and targets.
Check agreements and manage them into Dealman system ensuring correctness of data.
Manage ad hoc price changes in SAP.
Perform customer and product profitability, promo and price analysis.
Give support to Commercial Finance team / interfunctional teams in preparation / implementation of local / international projects.
Support the organization in the implementation of promo optimization process / promo post evaluation leveraging on the new tool TPM (Trade Promotion Management).
Support in the financial evaluation of NPD launches or new project, collecting assumptions and giving guidance and perspective.
