ResponsibilitiesManage client inquiries and requests timely and efficiently Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly Maintain accurate client records and databases (Hubspot / Jira) Assist with onboarding new clients Provide administrative support as needed Assist the Client Management team with daily/weekly/monthly activities as needed Help the team to identify and drive ways to continuously improve upon production processes as you work with the various functions both internally and externally.
