Who we are looking for We are looking for an AML Specialist. You will join the AML Reporting Client Service Team; the team acts as second line of defense on behalf of the clients (Asset Management Companies). You will be responsible for the data maintenance in the database (Standardized Archive) in line with Italian AML regulatory requirements. The role will have direct contact with the stakeholders.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for As AML Specialist you will:
Register in the Standardized Archive transactions and accounts on behalf of the clientsConduct data quality examination and due diligence on existing clients, taking action where necessaryProvide high quality service through direct contact with the stakeholders on a daily basisPerform oversight analysisReview procedures, monitor service levels and implement change where necessary to improve the quality within the department and ensure necessary controls are in placeReview SLA and KPIReport any suspicious behavior in relation to AML guidelinesWhat we value These skills will help you succeed in this role:
Previous experience in AML Registration would be an assetKnowledge of fund administration is an advantageExperience in quality check and project managementAdvanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook)Good organizational skills in order to meet deadlinesAbility to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards, analytical and process thinking skillsStrong client focusManage risks within your individual role by following set procedures and understanding that impact may include financial and reputational damageEducation & Preferred Qualifications Degree in Law or Compliance or Economics backgroundExcellent communication skills - fluent in Italian (written & oral)Good English level is an advantageAdditional requirements Knowledge in AML Italian regulatory will be considered a plusAre you the right candidate?
