The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced AML Officer to join our Compliance & Data Protection Department team, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) in order to ensure that all Company activities follow the necessary rules and regulations.
As a seasoned individual with extensive Payment Service Provider business knowledge and expertise, your job is balanced between day-to-day high level operational execution and coordination of the strategic direction set by Chief Compliance Officer.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Maintain a comprehensive program for AML compliance, risk controls, and reviews throughout the organization to ensure company-wide AML compliance with payment institution's laws and regulatory matters. Oversee the development, implementation, administration, maintenance, and day-to-day activities of the Act/Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program. Recommend, develop, and implement changes to existing and proposed procedures, policies, and programs; oversee revision, reparation and dissemination of new and updated compliance standards and procedures. Provide advice, guidance and insight to management and staff regarding new/emerging compliance issues. Consult and guide the company in establishment of controls to mitigate AML compliance risk. Identify and communicate need for AML education programs and oversee the development and implementation of compliance training for all staff members. Provide assistance to management and staff in the formulation of forms and disclosure documents for AML compliance with all policies and procedures. Who Are We Looking For

Master's degree in Economics/Management/Law, 5+ years of AML compliance, risk management, and/or audit experience with a strong focus on risks and controls and risk-based auditing techniques. Practical working knowledge of payment institution's compliance and operations including the related rules and regulations. Demonstrated skill in effectively communicating (verbal and written) results to a diverse audience; ability to work with all levels of management with a focus on collaboration and relationship management. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team environment. High ethical standards, strong critical thinking, detective, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Autonomous, self-motivated, and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to change or shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English. Perks & Benefits
