**Your field of responsibility**
The trainee will be part of the Asset Management Division to carry out support activities to institutional sales function within the Institutional Distribution Team related to the promotion of discretionary mandates and mutual funds/ ETFs Institutional Clients (i.e Pension Funds, Social Securities, Banking Foundations and Insurance)
The trainee, supported by one Institutional Sale will be involved in a number of sales activity, i.e:
- **Assistance to producing RFPs/RFIs/DDQs for Institutional Clients **(mainly Pension Funds, Foundations and Social Security Agencies)** and client presentations**:this involves the coordination with local portfolio managers and risk management and group functions
- Assistance to prepare regular client meeting materials
- **Assistance in daily client activity and maintenance, **Handling properly the incoming client service requestsü **Ensuring the team is on top of agreed follow-ups, including development and maintenance of relevant dashboards/reports**:
- **Maintenance of internal/client's database**;
- **Reporting to local and global functions**

**Your skills and experience**
- Undergraduate attending Master's degree preferably in economics of markets and financial intermediaries
- You have excellent communication skills

- You are flexible and have multi-tasking approach
- You are a self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and with a strong follow-through skills
- You are a person you can rely on, who puts care and attention into the entrusted activities.
Highly accurate with attention to detail
- You are ranked "Advanced" in English;
