What do we expect from you? M. Sc or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Proficient in automotive calibration software tools, such as INCA, CANape […] to develop and refine calibration algorithms for alternative traction vehicles. Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, and control strategies for HEVs, BEVs, and FCEVs. Familiarity with diagnostics tools, such as CANalyzer, to troubleshoot and debug calibration issues. Experience in conducting vehicle testing and data analysis to evaluate performance, emissions, and energy efficiency. Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols, including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve calibration-related issues. Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, progress updates, and recommendations. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Passion for the automotive industry and a drive to contribute to the development of sustainable transportation solutions.
