In the frame of the Traiborne Onboard business in Italy, in compliance with EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Installation Supervisor oversees operational coordination of all project activities related to Site Works, including:
Prepare installation work and confirm readiness of installation execution (4M checklist)Ensure the handover and handback of the train for ALSTOMTrain and support the Installation Workers and Sub-contractors on the working fronts under his/her responsibility, clarifying doubts and task prioritiesSupervise execution of Installation - on trackside and/or onboard - independently if performed by Alstom workers, Sub-contractors, or Customer / Partner / Third PartyEnsure compliance of Installation activities with D&IS Installation and FO ProcessApply the Work Method Statement (WMS) / Installation procedures according to design documentation, report on any deviation found or needed.Make sure the EHS requirements and special processes are clearly included in the WMSReport to the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM the field activities progress and any issue or finding in the execution, including non-conformities to communicate to the Quality teamEnsure the activities are carried out as per schedule, within the productivity required, in line with the quality standardsEnsure and support the Handover process to T&C team / CustomerContribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product LineEnsure the strict application of EHS rules by the installation workers (including Sub-contractors)Performance measurements OTD (On Time Delivery) for site activitiesQuality, EHS, RSA (Railway Safety Agencies): monitoring, anticipation and reporting on progress and issuesYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
