We are looking for Italian Tech Supporters for some of the market-leading companies in their field.
There are positions on entry-level as well as more advanced positions!
The common denominator is that these positions are for big international companies and that you will work in Italian.
Depending on the project you are assigned to, the tasks can lay within many different aspects, e.g.
billing issues for existing customers to troubleshooting hard-drive failures.
Whether you are green in the field of IT/technical support or have been working in the area for longer periods, there is a position that we are sure you will match.
Being tech flair is much appreciated as you in most of these positions will be helping and guiding customers, and being able to communicate customers through complex situations will, for the most openings, be a crucial part of your tasks.
Prior experience is a big plus, but being tech flair is enough on its own.
You will receive a thorough onboarding process to get all the information needed to ensure that you will be ready for any situation.
The positions have a minimum requirement of B2-level English as you will receive your onboarding in English.
Furthermore the English proficiency will help you build new relations from various countries in the international work environment.
