Airport Operations Manager (East Zone)

• Engage and manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as airport authorities, handling agents and across multiple service delivery functional areas (FAs) and client owners to ensure appropriate service levels are planned and maintained through the Arrivals and Departures phase.• Coordinate the integrated planning and manage the working group with Transport, Logistics, and the client-owner FAs.• Represent the Organising Committee's interest in external stakeholder and project team meetings.• Assist in building the Arrivals and Departures team, including recruitment, performance management, resolving problems, coaching, motivation, objective setting, and other duties related to managing a team according to the OC workforce strategy and associated policies and procedures.• Ensure the Arrivals and Departures team are delivering all aspects of the operation to the agreed standards and necessary support is provided to all other FAs.• During Games Times to be the Airport Venue Duty Manager supporting all FA in their operation and being the key contact onsite for airport authorities and stakeholders• This role will also cover the planning for Arrivals & Departure operations at Rail stations with different FA.
