Provide assistance and technical support for HVAC systems to the pre-sales network, Consultants, Agents, Installers Role and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and Support technical and commercial documentation for training and products;
• Support data analyses for sales and other internal processes.
• Assist sales network providing all technical and commercial support when needed
• Reinforce the engagement of new Installers or Consultants by supporting sales directly
• Support technical and commercial training to Installers, Distributor, Consultants, Wholesalers and Agencies
Skills and Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements: Educational Background: Energy / Building or Business Engineering (Bachelor as well as Master of Science)
Computer Knowledge: Good skills of main office automation software, in particular Excel
Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English.
