This position handles day-to-day service issues within Air.
He/She works with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training.
This position coordinates the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
He/She facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.

**Working Hours**
He/She will cover AM and PM shift on bi-weekly basis
AM Shift from 4:30 to 12:30
PM Shift from 15:30 to 23:30
**Main Activities**
Responsible for a team of 7 employees
Sorting Plan and execution
Deal with external vendors
Cost Control with revenue recovery performance and matrix cost analysis
**Skills needed**:
- High level of english language written and spoken,
- strong knowledge of Office pack
- problem solving,
- conflicts resolution,
- able to work under pressure in an environment which requires a very high degree of initiative.
- Influence, negotiation, leadership, adaptability and decision making are critical competencies.
