Job Description:

This position handles day-to-day service issues within Air. He/She works with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure customer satisfaction is met. He/She facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.

Working Hours:

He/She will cover AM and PM shifts on a bi-weekly basis.


AM Shift: 4:30 to 12:30PM Shift: 15:30 to 23:30 Main Activities: Responsible for a team of 7 employeesSorting plan and executionDeal with external vendorsCost control with revenue recovery performance and matrix cost analysis Skills needed: High level of English language written and spokenStrong knowledge of Office packProblem solvingConflicts resolutionAble to work under pressure in an environment which requires a very high degree of initiativeInfluence, negotiation, leadership, adaptability, and decision making are critical competencies.
