Air Logistics Customer Care Trainee

Air Logistics Customer Care is part of a team in the Customer Care Center responsible for coordinating transport activities
** Your Role**: Stage Level for CCL daily job Deal with customer onboarding and implementation to ensure to transfer customer requirements into KN systems so that Operational Care & Global Services are clearly informed about deliverablesQualify customer inquiries and provide quotations within corporate guidelines for pricing, up-selling, and requisite follow up and closure
** Your Responsibilities**:
Manage the monitoring of customer shipments in order to provide with proactive updates to customers and with problem solving (by collaborating with other stake-holders) in anticipation of a customer complaint
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Great analytic and organization skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Persuasive
