- ** Your Role **:The Customer Care Specialist will be part of a team within the Customer Care Locator responsible for direct and proactive interaction with our customers and the internal counterparts.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Ensure our customers' experience is a positive one - each and every time they engage with Kuehne-Nagel
- Take care of documenting and investigating any deviations from the expected level of service provided
- To immediately report problems, operational disputes or discrepancies to supervisors, managers, divisional managers or branch manager
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Air Logistics background
- 1 / 2 years of experience in Air Logistics
- Fluency in English
- Flexible to changes/challenges
- Smart/ proactiveness
