AIKO is seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team (Part-time position at the beginning). Joining our team means contributing to an ambitious project, working closely with our existing team in France and in Italy. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations, as well as handle essential office management tasks. TasksAdministrative Management: Coordinate daily administrative tasks, organize and maintain company records, and assist with meeting and event planning.Contract and Documentation Follow-up: Manage and monitor contractual agreements, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.Invoicing and Financial Assistance: Oversee basic invoicing processes, track payments, and collaborate with finance to ensure timely follow-up on transactions.Accounting and financial reporting: Support the company in the generation of accounting and financial information.HR Management: Support HR processes, including onboarding new employees, tracking leave and attendance, and assisting with employee records and documentation.Office Operations Support: Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a positive, well-organized office environment for staff and visitors.Travel coordination: Plan and coordinate employees' business travel arrangements, ensuring adherence to company policies.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably supporting senior management.Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office software (MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint).Accounting: Good understanding of accounting principles, and financial reporting.Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Languages: Native in French, fluent in English.BenefitsTicket Restaurants.Flexible working hours.Flexible smart working policy.Health insurance plan.Access to courses for skills improvement.Gross salary between 30-35k€ per year (ref.
