The role The Talent Garden Innovation School is organized into vertical schools based on different topics: Marketing, Design, HR, Business, and Tech. Each school functions like a dedicated squad with complete autonomy when it comes to sales, marketing, and product development.
In line with this structure, we are currently seeking our next Learning Manager to project and coordinate our Master programs within the Tech School, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence. Responsibilities Develop and refine our product AI portfolio and strategy, focusing on enhancing market relevance and driving growth opportunities.Strengthen and expand the faculty of AI professionals to engage in our master's program, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.Co-design and deliver innovative learning experiences directly to students, utilizing creative solutions to facilitate successful learning outcomes within the classroom setting.Facilitate and manage collaborations with third-party partners, ensuring their contributions align with project requirements and are effectively integrated into product development initiatives.Provide valuable insights to inform product development initiatives, staying attuned to industry trends and competitive landscapes to drive innovation and competitiveness.About you You're an Artificial Intelligence guru with great knowledge of the AI realm and the ability to bridge the gap between technical expertise and effective learning strategies. Specifically:
