The **AI Learning Analyst **is a pivotal role within our AI team, focused on ensuring that our generative AI-powered training content creation tool produces high-quality, educationally sound, and pedagogically robust learning materials. This role demands a unique blend of technical awareness, educational theory knowledge, and a keen understanding of modern e-learning practices.

**Location**: Biassono or Milan, Italy (Hybrid)
**Responsibilities**:
- Pedagogical Content Evaluation: Systematically review generative-AI-created training materials to assess compliance with pedagogical principles, learning outcomes, and educational effectiveness. This includes evaluating the clarity, relevance, engagement, and accessibility of content.
- Instructional Design Usability Testing: Perform usability tests on the content creation tool from an instructional design perspective, ensuring it is user-friendly for educators and trainers. This involves evaluating the tool's interface, features, and capabilities for creating diverse types of learning materials.
- Learning Outcome Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with specified learning objectives and outcomes. This involves collaborating with content developers to ensure AI-generated materials meet specific training goals.
- Quality Assurance Metrics Development: Establish and maintain metrics for evaluating the pedagogical quality of content, including learner engagement, knowledge retention, and instructional value. Employ data analytics to monitor these metrics and guide quality improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, engineering, and product team to advocate for pedagogical considerations in product design and feature development. Collaborate with other pedagogical experts to provide expert guidance on incorporating educational best practices into the AI tool.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and improvement initiatives. Prepare reports on pedagogical quality findings and recommendations for product enhancements, and contribute to end-user documentation, training, and guides.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in e-learning or corporate training development, with a deep understanding of pedagogical principles and instructional design.
- Experience with quality assurance processes in a technological or educational environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong collaborative skills, capable of working effectively across various teams.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
