Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Engineering Manager to lead and scale our AI team within the energy sector.
The AI Engineering Manager will play a critical role in driving the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions, collaborating with AI engineers and data scientists to achieve impactful outcomes.
Reporting to the Data Solutions Manager, the ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing AI initiatives.
Responsibilities: Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions for network monitoring, forecasting, and fault prediction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, to align AI initiatives with overall business goals and strategies.
Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution of AI projects from inception to deployment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and growth within the AI team.
Collaborate with Data Solutions Manager to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into the broader data architecture and strategy.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance AI capabilities.
Drive a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the AI team.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical concepts and progress updates in a clear and concise manner.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in leading AI projects and managing AI engineering teams.
Experience with AI and machine learning techniques.
Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
Familiarity with Data Engineering practices Technical background and knowledge of modern data stack Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering AI solutions that drive business value.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
