Position The candidate will be part of the AGV Business Line and will report directly to the Electrical Engineering Manager. They will be responsible for completing the assigned AGV projects within the agreed timelines, costs, and specifications with the customer and project management. The candidate will manage system specifications, electrical schematics design, wiring, and coordinate resources assigned to individual projects in AGV vehicles and stationary accessory components, including integrated modules produced by third parties. Responsibilities include: Mentoring junior resources on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Supervising the project team. Analyzing and understanding different functional requirements from the customer specification and the interrelation of these requirements during product development. Specifying the HW part of the vehicle and stationary control system, in collaboration with the SW Product entity. Managing and addressing all identified technical risks and finding solutions to ensure the results. Supervising PDP (Product Development Process) requirements during product development. Being the technical reference point from the start of the project until the release of the Bill Of Materials of the new or modified product. Transitioning the product to production. Acting as a subject matter expert in case of technical issues (functional and reliable). Ensuring that all technical results are available and activities are planned and completed within the scheduled timeframes. Collaborating with the Electrical Engineering Manager to achieve company objectives in full compliance with current regulations. Requirements The candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering. Required qualifications include: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the specific AGV environment; 7 years if from different sectors. Electrical design. Specific safety regulations in the AGV area EN-ISO 3961-4. Design software (EPLAN, optionally CreoPTC, WINDCHILL as PDM). Control system principles. Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Green Belt certification. Experience in Product Modular Design. Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required. Other Information We offer: Flexible hours.
