Mission As part of the development team as Agrivoltaic Coordinator with a permanent contract, you will be responsible for agrivoltaic topics within the company.
In this capacity, your missions are as follows: You will lead the agricultural development of projects, working within the Development department with the Business Development Managers and supporting the Development Project Manager team in : - Supporting for the feasibility check of the lands proposed for the development of the Agrivoltaic projects; -Defining the potential of an agricultural project and its value, considering the italian regulation guidelines, proposing, reviewing and signing the agronomic report and plan; -Design, development and signature of the agronomic studies of a project; -Supporting the team for the the application to the tenders in the agrivoltaic sector; - Identify and manage all the parties involved and the various agrivoltaic project studies, negotiate and implement agricultural partnerships for each project (farmers, professional agricultural associations, consultants, research organizations, etc.).
- Collection and analysis of agronomic constraints on each project from local stakeholders (farmers, landowners, administrations, etc.)
- Translation into technical specifications for PV generator sizing (including consideration of farming and PV constraints) - Agro-economic analysis of the agricultural component of projects (farm business plan to be drawn up or analyzed with the operator).
- Help monitor the implementation of the agricultural component during the construction and operation phases.
- Develop and maintain a network of partners within various agricultural organizations and suppliers.
- Monitor and follow up of the scientific publications, regulatory framework, feedback on agrivoltaic projects, and any specific update on the agrivoltaic sector.
- Monitor, collect and manage data with sensitivity analysis of the agrivoltaic projects for follow-up during the operational phase.
- Develop and disseminate economic and technological intelligence on agricultural practices.
You will report to the Head of Project Development North Italy Profile Ideally candidate is an Agronomist with: Master degree from an agricultural universitiy, At least 2 years' experience in this field: experience in the choice of the crops eligible for the PV site, experience in evaluation of rural lands and analysis of soil characteristics , experience in drafting and issuing agronomic reports and drawings, experience with RICA methodology, experience with the water supply system design Collaboration with agricultural companies Registration with the order of agronomists professionals ("ordine dei dottori agronomi e dei dottori forestali" or "albo dei periti agrari e dei periti agrari laureati").
Familiar with the regulations and the technical and economic environment specific to this activity.
You speak professional English and you are proficient in Pack Office.
You have a valid driving license, as this position involves some travel.
