Agriculture Sales Executive (Italy - Puglia)

Responsibilities:Implement the company's sales plan to achieve sales targets.Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits.Recruit distributors and agents in target regions/industries, maintain relationships, and provide sales/technical support to promote sales.Screen and attend exhibitions/trade shows globally to explore potential markets and customers.Collect, organize, and provide feedback on information regarding the target market.Establish deep customer relationships to promote re-purchase and referrals, achieving sales growth.Establish and manage customer information storage and classification.Handle and resolve after-sales problems; seek support from headquarters technical staff when necessary and maintain effective communication.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in direct sales and channel sales.Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads.Passion for sales, diligence, initiative, and ability to work remotely with flexible patterns, including travel up to 70%.Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal skills.Fluent in English, including writing, speaking, listening, and reading.Preferred work location in Seville or nearby.Advantages:Experience in agricultural/crops trading, animal feeds, or NIR.Experience in olive sales.Sales experience in instruments/equipment or related fields.Experience in developing new revenue streams.Experience in distributor development.Degree in Engineering.Driver's license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
