For our offices in Molfetta, we are looking for an experienced Agile Master.
What you will do: You guide and coach the Dev Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
You get the team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
You ensure Agile framework is understood and the team adheres to Agile theory, practice, and guidelines.
You coach the Dev team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and effective communication.
You work with internal and external stakeholders to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project.
You resolve team impediments and dependencies with other Agile Masters to increase the effectiveness of the organization.
You work with Agile Coaches and other Agile Masters to grow within the role.
You contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
You facilitate and support all events: Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective.
What you will bring: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Agile Master experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Ability to exemplify and promote Agile values and principles Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills Knowledge of Agile frameworks or method (i.e.
Scrum, Kanban) Understanding of software development life cycle models Deep knowledge of refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection and other Agile techniques Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams skills Competency in Atlassian applications including Confluence and Jira Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and ideally one more language: French, Italian or German #J-18808-Ljbffr
