The role:
Within the agile community organization, you will share your great proven Agile Coach experience backed by a strong development and technical background and work with other agile coaches, product owners, and scrum masters to support teams located in Switzerland, India, USA, and Italy with the goal of facilitating, improving, and promoting an efficient agile adoption that brings early working software and generates value.
You will be, along with the other members of the agile community, in charge of the agile adoption of MSC IT staff.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary activities involve training, mentoring, and supporting Agile teams to enhance their performance by improving product quality and delivery.
Assist Agile teams in adopting DevOps and Agile engineering practices by facilitating the following activities:
Product backlog: how to define requirements from Epics, Features, User Stories, to tasks (definition, decomposition, Non-functional requirements, Acceptance criteria, and testability)Predictability: how to plan and estimate work for a Release and sprintsAgile engineering practices: Requirements decomposition, Good adoption of Agile testingTransition to DevOps: Enable close collaboration between Agile Team and all involved teams, define and implement an efficient process involving all teams above and reduce repetitive manual activities to enable frequent and fast releasesOrganize and lead Agile training sessions to newcomersOrganize training using agile serious games, liberating structures, and other similar techniquesOrganize ad-hoc agile trainings based on needsQualifications and Experience: Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworksDevOpsTDD, BDD, Unit testing, and other Agile techniquesDesign PatternsExcellent English communication skills (oral and written)Capacity to work in a multicultural environmentPassionate about Agile, DevOps, and willing to learn
