Key Responsibilities: Monitoring of petty cash for the branch stations Establish and prepare accurate and timely information for budget monitoring Collaborate with other outstations to support overall department goals and objectives Manage the preparation of the company Italian branch's budget Monitor SAP/VIM system Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation Administrative Duties:
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations Manage schedules and deadlines Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities Monitor contracts with providers ensuring the renewal process is followed up before expiry Organize and supervise events Manage the KYC process for new and current customers in close coordination with the Compliance department Manage the AWB stock management in iCargo Coordinate the booking of Cargo Attendants on CV/C8 flights Essential Requirements for the Position:
General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in cargo preferred First experience in accounting would be considered an advantage Excellent level in written and spoken Italian and English Effective and assertive communication skills Excellent planning and organization skills to prioritize and make decisions within tight deadlines Able to interact openly and comfortably with different groups of people Able to work independently as well as in a team Good numeracy and literacy skills Proficiency in MS Office Working Conditions:
