Job Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Agency Sales Lead to join our sales team in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, a proven track record of building and managing agency relationships, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. As the Agency Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing key agency accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Responsibilities of the role: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy to target and engage top advertising agencies. Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts and create customized sales plans. Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key agency partners, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention. Act as the primary point of contact for agency clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions that align with their goals. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling AdTech solutions to existing agency clients. Identify new business opportunities within agency portfolios and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and delivery of value to agency clients. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Market Analysis & Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AdTech. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on agency relationships within the AdTech industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth. Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, programmatic media buying, and the agency landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation Package Highly competitive salary and commission structure.
