The successful candidate will have aftermarket technical support responsibility by handling the requests of technical support and warranty evaluation received by dealer's network.
This position reports to the CTS Business Line Manager.
Handle through dedicated tools the requests of technical support, certifications and documentation raised by customersHandle warranty requests, following the whole approval/rejection cycle through the dedicated toolsCheck constantly PC bulletins and the technical updates related to the products part of our portfolio, keeping customers updated about the actions required related to sensitive bulletins (priority I and II)To have a bilateral relationship with the Product Companies, and specifically with After Market technical support, reporting any valuable technical issues collected from our distributors and receiving information and update to be transmitted to our distributorsSupport colleagues whenever possible in relation to the area of competenceOccasional travel to customer sites, and workshops/offices and Product CompaniesWhat we expect from you: Experience requirements Technical expertise, combining mechanical and electrical componentsKnow-how about industrial environment and proven experience in maintenance services on industrial equipmentCustomer orientated and reliableExcellent communication skills to work at all levels within an organizationExperience in compressed air technology or related products will be an assetKnowledge Fluent in English (other language will be an advantage)Strong PC skills with MS Office, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge about Inverters will be a plusDriving licenseWhat you can expect from us: A friendly, family-like atmospherePlenty of opportunities to grow and developA culture known for respectful interaction, ethical behavior, and integrityAccess to global job opportunities, as part of the Atlas Copco GroupMultiair International is a customer center based in Robassomero (TO) belonging to Compressor Technique Business Area of Atlas Copco Group.
