The successful candidate will have aftermarket technical support responsibility by handling the requests of technical support and warranty evaluation received by dealer's network.
This position reports to the CTS Business Line Manager.
ResponsibilitiesHandle through dedicated tools the requests of technical support, certifications and documentation raised by customers.Handle warranty requests, following the whole approval/rejection cycle through the dedicated tools.Check constantly PC bulletins and the technical updates related to the products part of our portfolio, keeping customers updated about the actions required related to sensitive bulletins (priority I and II).Maintain a bilateral relationship with the Product Companies, specifically with After Market technical support, reporting any valuable technical issues collected from our distributors and receiving information and updates to be transmitted to our distributors.Support colleagues whenever possible in relation to the area of competence.Occasional travel to customer sites, workshops/offices, and Product Companies.What we expect from you:Experience requirementsTechnical expertise, combining mechanical and electrical components.Know-how about industrial environment and proven experience in maintenance services on industrial equipment.Customer orientated and reliable.Excellent communication skills to work at all levels within an organization.Experience in compressed air technology or related products will be an asset.KnowledgeFluent in English (other languages will be an advantage).Strong PC skills with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.Knowledge about Inverters will be a plus.Driving license.What you can expect from us:A friendly, family-like atmosphere.Plenty of opportunities to grow and develop.A culture known for respectful interaction, ethical behavior, and integrity.Access to global job opportunities, as part of the Atlas Copco Group.Multiair International is a customer center based in Robassomero (TO) belonging to Compressor Technique Business Area of Atlas Copco Group.
